Our client is an award winning Media organisation who is experiencing expediential growth due to the increasing success of their online brands targeting and engaging key demographics. It is due to growth that they now have the opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Partnership Manager to join their team in either their Brisbane or Sydney offices. You will continue developing strong relationships, while converting revenue opportunities, with tier 1 Media Agencies and capitalising on direct relationships with some of Australia's biggest brands.
(For Brisbane based candidates this role will require bi-weekly travel to Sydney & Melbourne)
- Building on existing relationships and prospecting new relationships with Tier 1 & 2 Media Agencies predominately in the Sydney and Melbourne markets, to develop short and long term revenue streams
- Identifying opportunities with Direct clients nationally and developing partnerships with them and their Agencies to deliver customised digital solutions across display, sponsorships, content, social and more to meet client expectations
- Developing and implementing a structured business development plan to continually increase your client portfolio (both Agency & Direct) and ensure an increasing pipeline of revenue
- Working collaboratively with internal departments both in Brisbane and Sydney to customise digital advertising and marketing solutions for your clients and ensuring effective delivery
- A high level of activity of regular pitching and presenting to both existing and potential clients to ensure you meet set KPI's and budgets
You will be highly experienced Digital Agency Sales professional who is seasoned in solution selling and a "hunter" by nature. You will thrive on identifying opportunities and quickly developing new relationships with clients both Agency and Direct. You will be passionate about Digital publishing as an effective marketing tool and enjoy developing sophisticated Digital solutions for your clients. You will be a natural salesperson who wants to be on the phone and out meeting clients daily, building your network and always on the lookout for the next opportunity. Naturally you will be very incentivised by targets and financial rewards which is all there for the taking!
- You will need a minimum of 5+ years Agency Sales experience with at least 2 years in Digital Advertising Sales preferably with a Digital publisher or similar
- You will have a established list of contacts within Tier 1 Media Agencies
- You will be able to demonstrate a history in developing new business, growing your portfolio of clients and your ability to 'get in front of a client'
- You will have exceptional presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate the core aspects of solution selling
- You will have a proven track record of achieving & exceeding KPI's and revenue targets within all your Media roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Media, Marketing or a related field will be highly regarded but are not essential
