Our client is a highly reputable Media organisation who provide an extensive range of advertising solutions to numerous industry sectors, including the Property industry. They now have a rare opportunity, with huge earning potential, for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their Brisbane team.
This role requires lots of finesse and strong solution selling skills!
- Manage, service and increase revenue streams from an existing portfolio of key clients within a Brisbane territory
- Continually identify, approach and pitch for new business opportunities in the Property sector
- Use your well developed solution selling skills to build strong relationships with both existing and new clients
- Through ongoing consultation, you will educate your client portfolio on new products while providing support
- Compose reports and analyse Advertising campaign effectiveness for clients on a regular basis to optimise their ROI strategies
- Achieve set KPI's and revenue targets
- You will have 3-5 years Sales experience, at Account Manager level or higher, dealing with the Property sector
- You will be able to demonstrate a history in achieving revenue targets and an ability to successfully convert new business opportunities
- An understanding of the Property industry is preferred
- Media Sales experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
- You will be able to demonstrate superior presentation skills and show you are an experienced 'solution seller'
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) are essential
