A market leading Media organisation with a very recognisable brand has a rare opportunity for an experienced Media Sales Account Manager to join their Brisbane team. This is a great opportunity to work in an Direct & Agency Sales role dealing with large Direct clients tier 1 and 2 Media Agencies .
Our client is offering a very attractive package with a realistic OTE of $140K on achievement of 100% of targets. They keep their commission structure uncapped so you can earn much more than the stipulated OTE!
- Manage, service and increase revenue streams from an existing portfolio of key Direct & Media Agency clients
- Continually identify, approach and pitch for new business opportunities within the Property sector
- Use your solution selling expertise to build strong relationships with both existing and new clients particularly on a Direct basis
- Through ongoing consultation, you will educate your clients on new products features and benefits while providing ongoing support
- You will compose reports and analyse Advertising campaign effectiveness for clients on a regular basis to optimise their ROI strategies
- Achieve set KPI's and revenue targets
- You will have 3-5 years Media Sales experience, at Account Manager level or higher
- You will be able to demonstrate a history in achieving revenue targets and have an ability to successfully convert new business opportunities
- Media Sales experience either in Press, Digital, Print or Outdoor is preferred
- An understanding of the Property industry is also preferred and contacts in the Qld market will be highly regarded
- You will be able to demonstrate superior presentation skills and show that you are an experienced 'solution seller'
- You will be highly organised and prefer working in a high performance culture with processes and systems in place
- You must have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent) in Marketing or Advertising will be highly regarded
