Join this market leading Media organisation in the newly created role of Group Sales Manager - Agency Sales. This is a unique opportunity to head up an established, successful team and continue driving growth with the existing portfolio of Tier 1 & 2 Agency clients.
- Lead an experienced Agency Sales team to maximise advertising revenue streams and increase market share with an existing portfolio of Agency clients
- Provide strategic leadership and devise effective implementation plans to achieve divisional objectives
- Conceptualise, compose and deliver high level presentations to key client stakeholders for new business pitches and to increase existing revenue shares
- Manage, coach and mentor your team to continually develop their skills and knowledge in the delivery of Digital strategies and solutions, to ensure an optimal ROI for clients
- Ideally you will have 1-2 years Media Sales Management experience preferably in Agency Sales
- You will have a minimum of 5 + years Media Sales experience in total with at least 2 + years in Agency Sales servicing Tier 1 Agency clients
- You will be able to demonstrate your senior sales and negotiation skills through a history in winning new business and developing existing revenue streams
- You will be able to demonstrate a successful history in developing strategic advertising proposals which achieved client objectives and revenue targets
- You will have a track record in building and developing strong client relationships while networking with key industry stakeholders
- You will be strategic, highly organised and mature in your approach
- Tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Media, Marketing or similar will be highly regarded
