Our client is a long established, reputable full service Creative Agency with offices in Brisbane and interstate. As part of their growth strategy this agency now has a new opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with a history in selling Digital solutions to join their Brisbane team.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the market for the agency's Digital service offering
- Pitching to new business prospects and converting into new business for the agency
- Achieving set revenue targets and activity levels required for effective business development
- Formulating and presenting new business proposals including tailored solutions and estimates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
- Assisting with establishing effective Sales processes and records to enable better conversion rates
- Upselling existing agency clients into Digital service offerings
- Staying up to date with current Digital trends and industry advancements
- Ideally you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a senior Business Development Manager role selling Digital Advertising and Search solutions
- Having experience as a Digital BDM within an Advertising, Design, Media or Digital Agency will be highly recommended and guarantee you make the shortlist!!
- A demonstrated history in achieving revenue targets consistently over a 12 month period is required
- A history in successfully identifying new business prospects and converting those into sales is essential
- Experience formulating and presenting sales proposals to key senior stakeholders is also a necessity
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is all essential
- Enthusiasm and passion for everything Digital is a must!
