This reputable, award winning Advertising Agency is looking for an experienced hands-on Account Director to join their team at a pivotal time. Having recently taken on several new accounts this position is a key senior role within the agency and requires solid AD experience within a fully integrated agency.
- Reporting to a GAD and working collaboratively with other Account Service staff you will deliver through and above the line strategies for your client portfolio
- Being the key contact for clients you will build and maintain a strong rapport with your clients while managing expectations
- You’ll be required to have a strategic approach to develop a brief and ensure the Creatives deliver exceptional work
- You will lead and mentor a small team ensuring quality standards are met
- You will have some financial responsibilities along with day to day operational management respsonsibilities
- You will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Account Director in an Advertising Agency
- You will have managed small teams of Account Managers and Account Executives/Coordinators
- You will have extensive experience in above and through the line campaigns
- You will be a "doer" who is happy to be hands on but still able to lead a team
- You will be able to demonstrate your exceptional communication and rapport building skills
- Ideally you have tertiary qualifications in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
